As a young startup, Instruxi faced the challenge of transitioning from a service-based consultancy to a scalable product platform. The core obstacle was hesitation from potential enterprise clients who often saw Web3 as too risky or complex, rather than a reliable tool for competitive continuity. This skepticism made it difficult for them to rely on decentralized tech for their core business operations.
We kicked off with a branding workshop to get everyone aligned. This was more than just a creative exercise; it was a consulting session to define the mission and values from the inside out. Together, we diagnosed that the brand’s value had to shift from individual expertise to technical trust, building a bridge between complex blockchain protocols and clear, professional business language.
We landed on the "Leap Engineer" archetype and a design concept using a modular DNA based on Roman standardization systems. Because the brand spirit is about movement rather than a static logo, I built a custom tool for the team to manage the identity as a living system. This ensures the brand stays flexible and scales naturally as they grow, projecting authority without ever feeling fixed or dated.
